501(c)3 INFORMATION

United Fan Con Inc. is now a 501(c)3 public charity organization! We were granted this charitable status as of January 5, 2009!

 Donations to United Fan Con Inc. in the form of monetary funds or in kind items are tax deductible under Section 170 of the IRS Code. All in kind donations will be sold either on ebay or at one of our event auctions. Auction proceeds will benefit Untied Fan Con  Inc. or another 501(c)3 organization. If the auction will benefit another organization an announcement will be made prior to the auction and or in the program book for that event.

If you would like your donation to go specifically for one purpose, i.e. help pay for a guest, guest expenses, to support a specific event or experience etc...please let us know at the time of donation. Unless otherwise instructed all donations will go into the general fund for that years events. In addition all donors will be listed in the annual event program book (if one is produced) as well as the annual report. If you wish to remain anonymous please let us know this at the time of donation.

United Fan Con Inc.’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 43-1975911. This number will identify us with the IRS as well as the Massachusetts State Department of Revenue as a public charity.
